Nestled in the heart of Entre-deux-Mers, this estate belonging to the Castels family grows its vines on a terroir of beautiful sunny slopes.  The proportion of Merlot 75% plays an important part in the composition of this appealing wine. While 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Malbec help it to achieve a perfect balance. Goes well with Charcuterie, grilled meats,veal,red meat and cheeses. Can be enjoyed now or laid down in a cellar away from direct light for another 3-5 years
