Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from a total of ten 100% rated grand crus villages this Champagne get its glorious pink colour and rounded red fruit flavours from a process known as “saignee” in which the skin of the grape are left in contact with the juice for 3 days. Laurent Perrier Rose not only makes a delicious aperitif, but also a good match for a variety of different dishes particularly puddings.
